The View restaurant is perched atop the cliff face and forges panoramic views of Kuta and the Indian Ocean. Food, drinks and service all great. The only reason I picked it was because it was one of the few available hotels along a main road stretch leading to the GWK Park where a festival was being held. "The checkin experience was disappointing as they had given our room to someone else and made us wait for about an hour even though we only arrived by 6 pm. Furthermore, they didn’t supply us with adequate soaps and the room had many mosquitoes. We did purchased buffet dinner to find that there is hardly any vegetarian option so my family went hungry in the night. Breakfast again has not many vegetarian options. Service was a notch low considering the cost per night. "
