Three Star Hotels in Great Barr

"The stay was great. We arrived in the early evening and were given a good room. I requested a roll away bed for our son. We were told that unfortunately they didn't have any left, but they could upgrade us to a mini suite. They enabled us to have a successful trip by moving a few things around while treating us as valued individuals and guests. The spa and pool were under renovation during our vist "

"Staff was lovely. Room was clean and spacious but the bed is a bit small for a couple. Great location as has a small Tescos and Sainsbury’s close by. B4 Parking just round the corner and even for someone on crutches it’s easily walkable. "

"The room was very small, but functional. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and linens, and quiet. Check in was almost too quick - I had a hard time catching everything she was saying. Super convenient to rail station and many restaurants. Great value for money but if you are a large person who has trouble in small places you might want to try somewhere else."

"Staff and service were very polite.check in was excellent. for lunch we order wraps,loaded fries with chicken and from kids menu sausage with mash,peas and ice cream. Well...waiting time around 30min with couple of guest around at12.30pm...fries arrived with no chicken,sausage with beans,no ice cream. Chicken Wrap was ok but no seasonings at all. My room 140 was dusty and bathroom needed better clean.i do understand somedays it might be busier then others and is not possible to deepclean however...

"Clean and comfortable room, ideally located for the aurport, comple of minutes walk. However we travelled with our baby and although says family friendly, there is no where to heat food or bottles except asking for the kitchen to do it for you which isnt helpful at night"

"I would recommend this hotel for someone wanting a place to sleep near the city centre. We stayed here four nights while we explored and it was brilliantly located for the trains, trams and walking. The lift was out of order when we arrived and the staff took all our luggage to our room for us, after switching us to a room on the first floor. The beds were comfortable and the bar area excellent.
