"Apartment was a great size and location was very central, easy walk to Hyde Park and Oxford St etc. Unfortunately the apartment fronts onto Edgware Rd which is really noisy at night. "

"Stayed 1 night before flying home after solo trip to England. Manager was very helpful, great breakfast included (continental, extra cost for more). Had great rate for (as expected) tiny room up many many stairs (no lift, which I was aware of and had no problem with, but could be an issue for others). Was great value for the cost for me, I've stayed in a few other properties in the area (Sussex Garden near Paddington), this one was one of the better ones. "

"Easy Check-in. Helpful staff, always there for you to help. Many restaurants nearby and many transport links are available. Right across Hyde Park, some minutes away from Oxford Street and less than about two minutes away from the Paddington station where my train got me and took me back to the airport. The location is very convenient and the kind owner is always there to offer sightseeing advice as well as a hot cup of tea. As for the rooms, they were clean and quiet. The only bad part was that...

"This is a really basic hotel - it's a room with a cupboard doing an impression of a bathroom. The room was tired and grubby and the floor was rotten and looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all this year! The shower was cold and they told us there would be no breakfast served due to covid!?? So the breakfast we'd paid for, we didn't get! The walls were so thin that we could here every noise from the family staying in the next room. If you want to literally just have somewhere to lay your head...

"Stayed here to attende a show. Good location, not far from tube line. Lovely quirky rooms. Check in was lengthy as no one in reception or answering phones. Worried about security with keys left unattended. Was hurried out of the room as soon as checkout time was being reached. Would stay again."
