Harrah's Cherokee – A Caesars Rewards Destination
Would not recommend! I reserved a non smoking room. When I arrived they gave me a smoking room. I was told nothing could be done. It was overpriced and my reservation was not accurate. They also did not have hot water. Very disappointing stay

Great report. The views are fantastic, the staff is amazing. The amenities are really nice. The drive up the mountain is kind of a pain but so worth it.

I walk into the room is was clean smell good but the only thing they didn’t check was the dresser into of it was left close from someone who was staying there before and there was milk left in the refrigerator but when I talk to the person who was taking care of us she was super sweet understanding ...
