We had an issue with our tv Someone came to look at it. Said he couldn't fix it and that no one was available on the weekend. So we had no tv for our entire stay. A little disappointing that no other solution was suggested.

Amenities and the view. There was no TV until someone from the staff helped us with their Samsung account. For our two week stay there was scarce supply of toilette paper and shampoo.

The staff was outstanding. The best. The room was the worse I’ve seen. The view was great. But no hot water. No hand soap. It was dirty. The cupboard doors were hanging off the hinges. The Cliff
Excellent facility. Our condo was clean, open concept with beautiful views. Location is good. A quick taxi to Simpson Bay for lots of restaurants.
