The positives: beautiful oceanfront rooms. Comfortable king bed. Spacious rooms with kitchen. Reasonable prices. Nice pool. Nice helpful staff. The negatives: poorly maintained. In need of renovation. Very limited restaurant. Tiny beach access. Shortage of beach /pool towels.

There are so many problems with this hotel. One , rooms have e terrible smell, it is almost impossible to sleep with close balcony door. Amenities and the view. There was no TV until someone from the staff helped us with their Samsung account. For our two week stay there was scarce supply of toilette paper and shampoo.
