"Loved it"

"I booked 4 rooms and we ended yo not staying there. Hall way were flooded and rooms smelled bad and moldy. When I looked up ceiling had alot if mold and room had cockroaches."

"All I can say is, if you’re going to St. Maarten, get an Airbnb. You’ll save a lot of money. This resort is ridiculously expensive for no reason. They barely have anything going on, and I was there for four days. It was honestly pretty disappointing—no entertainment, and everything there is overpriced."

"The place was extremely clean, safe and tranquil.. I honestly have no complaints. Nicco and his family were so welcoming and amazing throughout my stay. The breakfast pastries provided in the morning were absolutely delicious as well. Best sleep ever.💯 One of my favorite parts was that you literally walk out of your room straight onto the beach, which made the experience even more relaxing and beautiful. I will definitely be back! "Stayed on the first floor in the studio. Absolutely loved the resort: great and very convenient location, good beach, friendly staff. You can walk to Philipsburg. There’s car rental right on the property. Convenience store has surprisingly good selection of food, alcohol and other stuff, even though quite overpriced. The only thing we didn’t like is that smoking was allowed everywhere which was very disturbing for non-smokers and those with health issues."

"Despite Expedia allowing a double booking which prevented us from staying in the room we selected, the staff went above and beyond and provided an outstanding replacement room that we honestly liked better. The food and amenities were excellent. Very glad Nate The Great allowed us to stop at Fairway grocery on the way so we didn't have to eat out all the time. Only downside is the red seaweed/sargam that clogs the bay and beaches. Definitely a must return stay!"

"Stayed 8 nights and was happy overall. Rooms are the highlight — spacious, comfortable bed, full kitchen (stove, oven, full-size fridge/freezer), though cooking utensils are limited. Two TVs (unused). Views range from parking lot to ocean — request your preference. Note the resort fee on top of the room rate. Housekeeping is scheduled, not daily: checked in Friday, cleaned Monday, extra days on request. I preferred the lighter touch. Check-in and checkout were easy, staff very friendly....

"Hotel is basically a subdivision with its own convenience store and multiple restaurants. Hotel is in prime location with nearby restaurants, shopping, entertainment and excursions that’s within walking distance. Room layout is more apartment than hotel. Cons: Concierge/activity staff were not helpful. They give you an envelope of useful excursions, hotel activities and information, but does not assist in booking. You have to do it yourself or find other alternatives as some activity brochure...
