"Sapphire could be a very nice option. If they clean the place up. Its very outdated. Has a stale smell, my key card didn’t work for my room and i had to continuously get it fixed. We turned on a lamp in our room and knocked power to one side of the room. Property seem abandoned in some areas. Small Bugs in the room. Wasn’t enough wash towels. "The pictures on the site must be old because the property is pretty run down. I was there in April 2026 and was shocked at how run down it looked. Even though the staff were nice, it was not what I expected. If you are there for a weekend this place is ok but I wouldn’t stay for a long trip. Breakfast is not worth the 15 dollars, I would eat off site."

"This was our first stay in Saint Martin. It was just one night, as we were going on a 7 day catamaran trip. "Enjoying the Caribbean is always a crap shoot, Oyster Bay at this time of year was definitely a mix of good and bad. The counter staff was horrible but the bar and cleaning crews were so great!!!! I think this was the first time I have been hung up on in years but the actual staff that did the work were amazing. Poor customer service but great service, if that makes sense. If you want to relax this is the place, if you’re looking for a little action I don’t recommend Oyster Bay at this time of...
