It was my first time at an all inclusive and I’m truly glad we went with RIU. It was an amazing resort. Very clean and well maintained. Everything was easily accessible and such a beautiful place. The staff were so kind and helpful, the food was good. Definitely plan on returning in the future.

I prepaid for a ride from the airport and I wasn’t able to locate them. Took a taxi instead. Upon arrival realized that it was in poor repair in a seedy area and not on the beach.
