Staff was extremely helpful especially with an early morning checkout. TV did not work the whole time, and room was bland but we booked for view and location, not luxuriousness of room. Fantastic experience, especially considering the price point. One of the most interesting hotels I've ever stayed at. Food at the resturant also high quality. Thank god places like this have been preserved.
