"This property is old everything the hotel the towels the shower doesn’t have a door so when you take shower the water is everywhere. "Staff was excelente! Food was ok not the best. We have been to many all inclusive adult only and family and this one was not the greatest. The music in the adult section sounded like elevator music all day also no activities at all. We were not able to take any food to the rooms and no room Service. ..."

"Make sure they give you guys the right directions I had 3 hours looking for the location to be told when I got to " Santa Fe " that is was at the wrong location and then they also did not answer the phone to help me. It was a horrible experience and they wouldn't give me my money back!"
