"It was just ok, hospitality didn’t seem to be a big priority! Buffet food was so so, usually hot items were cold and quality wasn’t very high. The specialty restaurants were very good but you were limited to how many times you could eat there."

"Upon my arrival , I was informed my reservation was reserved at the next door property. At that point I was told to call my agent after traveling all morning after sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes. At the end I paid additional fees to stay where I made the reservation"
