Possibly the best check in experience i've had at a hotel. Rhys couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming - a real credit to the hotel.

Staff were absolutely helpful, kind and friendly. Room was cleaned everyday, bed was comfortable. Only downfall was shower area was narrow, no disabled handrails and tiles were a bit slippery. The room was clean, tidy and we had a great view of the city and Sky tower. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The view stood out and was great being so close to the city and being so central.
