It was halfway clean. The last night there it cooled off so we were able to sleep UNTIL 3am when the smoke detector battery started beeping. The first two nights were miserable to sleep. The rooms were clean, staff friendly and helpful. Only complaint was it took 5 minutes for the water to get hot but it did get hot. Overall great experience would definitely recommend them. The breakfast was very good.
