The hotel is well located and quiet. Walking distance to the V&A Museum and Natural History Museum. The welcome note and treats were a nice touch. The bedside lighting controls were great and loved that it included a digital « do not disturb » light for housekeeping.
All in all, a really wonderful stay. I look forward to staying at the hotel again soon.

There was a tray of food outside our door when we checked in. It was still there the next day, which was disgusting!.
The waiter had no clue how to pour a glass of wine. He emptied the entire warm bottle of wine into 3 glasses!
The egg drop soup had only 2 pot stickers in it and tasted like it had ketchup added. The Greek salad was inedible. No one came back to check on our meals or ask if we wanted anything else.
