Room was very expensive for a very tiny room. Very difficult for two people to move around room. Plus the hotel charged for storing luggage. 500 yen per piece. No other hotels that we stayed at charged. Location was close to evening dining down side streets.

Location is closed to the train station.

Exceptional rooms that had everything you need from pyjamas to in-room laundry.

Apartment style, air b and b if you chose to stay longer, but perfect for a weekend trip. Breakfast options were yummy, but could have had more variety. The dinner options were delicious. Easy quick check in and out options. Everything was clean, nice new building. Grear price we had too.

Hotel needs a refurb in places. Bar closes around 8.30. Bar snacks limited, ran out of cheese n biscuits and some deserts. Wouldn’t choose to stay here again

Close to Osaka Castle, within walking distance. Beautiful lobby. Staff was helpful with setting up luggage transfer. Close to train station as well.

The location is excellent, but the property is little dated. Staff is very friendly!

Ritz is a hard act to follow - make this hotel the last one on your journey because this is the best hotel experience.

Room was large & had all the amenities needed. Very comfortable & clean! Loved the hot tub!

Very convenient for downtown shopping and transportation. We found the bed very hard and lumpy.
