The location was fantastic if you wanna be close to shops and restaurants and shopping and transportation and lively crowds. The staff as almost always in Japan were highly professional and respectful. Housekeeping was great and very clean. I'll stay again.

Nice place to stay in Shinjuku. It's on a quieter block but close to the train station, restaurants and shopping. The concierge staff were super friendly and helpful. One of the beds in our room was really squeaky but besides that the rooms were clean, comfy and roomy. We had the Japanese set breakfast and it was a treat! In building 7-11 was super convenient for our early morning stops for coffee and onigiri. Would recommend staying here!

Excellent location to transport, food and shopping. Spacious well appointed rooms. Only downside was a long walk from lift to our room, given the size of the hotel.
