This is an excellent hotel for Guggenheim Museum. Clean, courteous, close and well appointed. One of the best hotels we have stayed during our month long tour of Spain and Portugal. A bit pricey, but then everything in Bilbao is.

Overall, this is a fantastic property. Location can’t be beat and in general the staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be in regard to having an à la carte breakfast. The staff did not seem to be happy that we were not using the buffet and were therefore very slow to help us. ...
