"I don’t consider the hotel a worthy B&B badge holder. I requested a room for a disabled person, I received no acknowledgement, on arrival around 8pm I asked the staff if the bathroom was suitable for disability and he confirmed yes. I got to the room and it was not disabled friendly. Unfortunately I went straight to a meeting and was unable to query or change rooms. It is extremely dangerous for me to try and enter/exit a bath. "Located about thirty minutes walk from the centre of Pamplona. Modernist style, we were given a large room which felt truly relaxing and well in accord with the four star status. Free underground car park is another plus. The staff were universally friendly and helpful. A very nice on site restaurant that also offers breakfast, although we did not try it. Recommend."
