I noticed some stains on one of my pillows and even after they cleaned our room, I noticed the same stain on the same pillow which made me assume they didn’t even change our pillow covers. The room was excellent, the rooftop pool, coffee bar in the morning, and wine reception at night were all top-notch. The staff was very friendly, the manager shook my hand and introduced himself.
