The room was comfortable and beautiful with an amazing view of the city. The staff are friendly and there are amazing restaurants in the hotel. The garden is beautiful at night as well as early morning stays. We enjoyed our stay here.

Convenient location right above Tokyo Station, with sheltered access from station to the hotel. Room is rather small but comfortable for one person; room is clean and staff are professional and friendly, who are able to converse well in English.
There’s a fitness corner with a couple of treadmills, and two bikes, sparse but sufficient as they aren’t always in use. There are USB ports in the room for charging devices but not all of them were working.

Really, really nice and spacious room more than I would expect in Tokyo! Perfectly clean and a nice way to be close to the airport for the end of our trip for an early flight

The best 5 stars hotel I stayed so far. The hotel is one of the most expensive hotels in Tokyo and you get what you pay. The Japanese breakfast is delicious and I love daily fruits and dessert provided by the hotel. The concierge staff, Jan, is very knowledgeable and can provide helpful recommendations on dinning and shopping.
