We are a family with kids aged 12 and 14 and stayed for three nights. The entire experience from check in to check out was incredible. Everyone was genuine and cared about our stay. The property and rooms were immaculate, food was good. Buffet breakfast had everything you could need. The staff were always attentive and fun to talk with and it felt like you were hanging out with family. We loved that we could walk into the busy area but it was extremely quiet at night. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. We switched to a. Different hotel and are disappointed we didn’t just stay there for the trip.

It was the pool which was disappointing. It was also a health club so sometimes you use the pool until noon as it was full of very loud children The staff by the pool were not that attentive. The champagne bar restaurant was excellent. Breakfast very mediocre.

The lobby was grand but the room was dated despite it being a grand room (which was a VIP upgrade) but no different from the original room booked. Excellent breakfast selections and all the fresh coconut water you can drink. The seafood buffet was great too.
