Property is in great location , easy access to all attractions but not in a noisy area so you can still relax.
Staff are amazingly helpful and very accommodating.
Property is a bit tired and needs a little love however we had a fantastic time here.
We had room 701 on the top floor and the terrace was great.
All in all a great budget option in the perfect location.

We've stayed here with our 5 year old daughter and received fantastic service from a super friendly staff! The hotel is located really close to our now favourite spots in Hanoi, it's very easy to get a Grab to get you anywhere in the Old Quarter.

Property is not in same condition as photos. Looks run down, worn out, dirty. Room had a balcony with two broken down stools. After squatting all day at street vendors, a decent chair in the room would’ve been great. Staff (Jenny) was 5 stars. So friendly and helpful.
