Hong Kong SAR Kid friendly Holidays

Didn’t get the room type selected for the first night but they made it up for the reminder of the trip. Well done management staff.

Prices to stay were considerably high especially with breakfasts. We chose to eat elsewhere except at night in the western style restaurant.

The breakfast buffet was superb! Really good food. Rooms and beds are huge. Staff were helpful and friendly. We had a great time.

Great place to stay when your going to be spending time at disneyland the free buses all day where amazing. Hotel was beautiful. Honestly would highly recommend. The fact that we where able to easily get to the other 2 disney hotels was great. Exploring the other resorts and there restaurants.

Location is the key. The hotel is a few minutes drive from the airport with a free shuttle service, which is very convenient if you have lots of luggages. Ngong Ping 360 platform is like 10 minutes walk only, and the Citygate outlet mall is just at the hotel’s doorstep. The staff are very accommodating and helpful, too. Overall, we will stay again in Novotel Citygate when we visit HK in future.
