"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. "Situated about 10 minute walk from the centre of St Helier The Savoy is a very comfortable, friendly hotel. The room was clean, breakfast plentiful and the evening restaurant food delicious and no more expensive than other local eateries. We even swam in the lovely outdoor pool."
