There are no smoke-free rooms, and the bathrooms require thorough cleaning to remove the mould. The place is good in terms of accessibility and has lots of places to eat out. I love the location, and the cleaning staff are excellent. The front desk staff go above and beyond to help. The airport pickup by the hotel for 300 yuan is crazily expensive. An average of 80-130 yuan is ideal. The breakfast is very good, and the manager was very attentive to guest complaints.

Very clean and nice place to stay , I was staying in 8th floor, everything looks perfect except at the midnights can really clearly to hear the machine noise, I am a very light sleeper, I don’t have a good sleep at that night . But I still love this hotel , King size bed with huge bath tub . Hope I can get more quiet room for my next trip .

The TV does not work even restarted multiple times. The air condition temperature meter is broken. It gets really cold as it never turns down the fan speed automatically. It gets quite loud outside at night because the insulation is poor. Sound isolation is poor as we heard the entire conversation with a mom yelling at their kid at night for an hour.

Staff was friendly. Spacious room and bathroom. Bed was huge and comfortable. location is good, near metro and bus station, convenient store, restaurants all within short walking distance.

The room was spotless, The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. Check-in, Check-out was a breeze and Gene was very helpful and so was the hotel manager. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to vist Guangzhou for business/pleasure. Thank you!
