great location but the rooms are small and out dated

The architecture and size of the hotel was impressive. The view from the balcony was great but the room itself (while calling itself a suite) was a bit small for all the furniture and the bed. We had no complaints and everything was very good but having stayed in the Park Royal Collection ( just 200 meters over the road ) just 6 days previously, we preferred that hotel

club lounge very good , all the staff were lovely .Great location over the road to Raffles City shopping mall and Chijmes bars and restaurants

the Air Conditioningwas all over the place in it's temperature sometimes cold sometimes very hot with little control

Really good location and wonderful staff. The hotel is close to shopping areas china town /MRT and dining options . Plenty nice sit in restaurants near MRT station ( Tajaong Pagar) and nearby shops and a local hawker centre too... Also has a launderette opposite the hotel which is handy when on a long holiday (Easy wash ) The staff is really friendly and rooms are wonderful Would highly recommend as hotel is very central .
