Stayed there for 6 days. The rooms were not cleaned - towels and sheets were not changed during the time i was there. I had to request the front desk to provide clean towels on the 3rd day.

Had a large family of 6. Was a very comfortable stay. Great location. Short walk to night food market and Bukit Bintang.

This was our 3 rd sty at this hotel in 3 months . just loved it . The staff the pool , the great burger lab at the pool .
Comfy beds , water everyday , a fridge and very helpful staff .
Only complaint was the man who worked at the coffee and I understand this is not managed by the hotel .

Stayed 4 nights here. Really nice modern rooms and friendly polite staff. Only bad thing is the wifi only puts out 30mbps. Highly recommend staying here.
