Hotel conveniently very close to major train stations as well as dining and shops. Though, hotel may need renovation as rooms and floors are looking tired and worn out.
Rooms are comfortable but very small and tight for x2 beds.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel set a new standard for excellence. The staff were present and courteous, anticipating needs before they were ever voiced and making every interaction, even with the language barrier, feel welcoming. The property itself was immaculately clean and refined. Although the hotel has an “old world” feel, it has been beautifully maintained. We will definitely return to this hotel next time we are in Tokyo.

The breakfast was good, and I was happy that even though I went late, there was enough of everything left. The fresh made pancakes were a delight, but I was disappointed that I could not make the topping machine work, and I would have liked to have a maple syrup option.
