"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The lodge/hotel is old which is understandable for europe/swiss. If you are tall, this place is not the best choice. Door thresholds are under 6ft tall. Shower is the same, similar to a small camper style. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable which led to some rough sleepless nights (my biggest issue).
