"The hotel was easy to find by car, you drop off the end of the E 70 heading into Zagreb and its very visible. Good parking and friendly reception. Rooms clean, huge bed, and large shower but lacked a luggage stand. I believe we were in a bedroom for disabled which I had mistakenly booked. Despite the room facing traffic, the glazing kept out the noise. The reception did neglect to point out the key car is needed to be able to select the floor in the lift which seemed to catch out several...

"The property was great and we loved the amenities. The breakfast was phenomenal. But, the website says there is a free shuttle from the airport and when we arrived at the hotel we were told we had to pay. We asked at the front desk and were told that yes we had to pay and that the website is very out of date. We were also charged a tourist tax that wasnt much but again was an extra, unexpected charge."

"The hotel is ok if you have to catch a flight early in the morning. The onsite restaurant only serves breakfast (which was decent) and for any other meals you have to go to another location. At check in we were given a room with three beds at the ground floor and were told by the lady at the reception that they only exist on the ground floor!
