"What a lovely hotel. The District is the part of the hotel for timeshare owners. Staying in this part provides for many amenities, privileges and discounts. "They gave our family a corner room which was very quiet. The street facing us did not have too much traffic, and even with the traffic, the room was pretty silent. King size beds for 4 people was a game changer, we all slept very well. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was nice, we didn't interact with them very much. Restaurant and bar was delightful. I wish they had a kid's menu for dinner choices, we would have ordered more often from them. A terrific stay!"

"The service and staff are outstanding. Andrew at reception was terrific. The club level is worth it and the concierge staff there are fantastic and go above and beyond. Jenny and Kathy were standouts, but everyone was just terrific in the club lounge. Stayed 9 days while high school daughter participated in a program at a local university and toured colleges. Hotel is in a great location and we never waited more than 2 minutes for an Uber. I’ve stayed at many Ritz Carlton Hotels and this hotel...

"I want to start by saying that the hotel staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the condition of our room did not meet our expectations. When we arrived, the room was noticeably dusty, and the sheets, duvet, and mattress protector all had multiple stains. We immediately requested fresh bedding, and while the staff responded promptly, the replacement sheets also had stains on them. We reported the issue to the front desk, and they informed us that...
