"We checked in and went straight to the pool area. We absolutely loved the set up. This pool would be great for a family vacation like we did, or a friends trip. Poolside service was a plus! Our room was great as well, very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy, once we discussed it with the front desk. They were so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot!"

"Check in was fast. Room was clean. For some reason we had an ADA room so only 1 night stand. No outlets close to bed so charging devices had to go away from the bed. No biggie - but not convenient. The shower was a disaster. Since it was an ADA room it was all tile and the drain wasn’t enough to keep up. We only had one towel and water was everywhere. For the price, it’s clean and great location from stadium."

"One of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed at. Both times I've traveled through KC I chose this one because the staff, hotel, cleanliness, location, is nothing short of excellent. For the price it's unbelievable. Dedicated parking garage so don't have to worry much about car getting broken into. & not to mention, 8 minutes away from Joe's KC BBQ which is a MUST-DO while in KC."

"Hotel was not a $222/night hotel. Barely worth $100. Convenient to event. However, toilet seat wouldn’t stay connected on the toilet, the fill valve on toilet failed continuously without manual intervention, and could not maintain water temp in shower. TV connection constantly failed and had to be reset. For all this wonderful lodging, they charged an additional $100 to my card for a damage deposit. Hotel is old and has not been updated. Front desk staff very unhelpful. Many other guests...

"The sheets on my sisters bed had a dried blood stain on it. When we told the woman at the front desk she basically accused my sister of lying. The valet brought my sisters car to us and we got in It reeked of pot. I was told a manager would call me regarding a refund for one of our two rooms. No one did. I called two other times when I got home and received no call back. I got Expedia involved. Then I called hotel again and finally got an assistant manager who was very polite and professional...

"Love the hotel and staff. Food service and bar service was good , but food and drink quality was ok but not great. Had one of the worst Bloody Marys and a poorly prepared avocado toast and egg at breakfast. Just thought you guys could do better. Missed having coffee maker in room. Very comfortable and attractive room, common areas like lobby and bars was great as well. Anyway, will be back. A good bordering on very good stay. Cheers"

It was very quiet and the beds & pillows were very comfortable.
