"The Parq is our go to when in Abq. Very comfortable rooms w nice linens, blackout curtains, robes and spacious bathrooms. The grounds are landscaped beautifully and the facility is dog friendly (extra charge). It is totally secured throughout the property. Numerous areas inside and outside for relaxing and reading. Ice and morning coffee available. The breakfast offering is just okay. Good coffee, hot tea and juice assortment. Limited hot offerings w the same mini frittatas every morning. Fresh fruit, cereals and pastry/ toaster options. Highly recommended."

"Room was so nice! Staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly and helpful! Only thing we struggled with is the breakfast area it was so busy we couldn’t experience the fresh made omelets or pancakes. It would be helpful if they kept some on the hot bar too!"

"I reserved and prepaid for my room through Expedia, expecting a smooth and straightforward experience. Unfortunately, working with the hotel after booking was quite difficult. Communication was unclear and unhelpful, making it challenging to resolve even basic questions about my reservation. Additionally, the hotel’s cancellation fee was the same as the price of the room, which leaves little no flexibility for guests if plans change. This policy, combined with the lack of support from the hotel staff, created a frustrating overall experience. I would recommend that future guests carefully review the hotel’s policies before booking and be prepared for limited flexibility and support after the reservation is made. "

"I enjoyed my stay. The room, staff, and parking were perfect. I didn’t read the fine print so a couple things disappointed me. First, the breakfast was not free. When I asked about breakfast at the front desk, I was told where it was but wasn’t told there was a fee. Second, when checking out, I was asked if I would like a receipt for the parking charge, which also was not up front. Next time, I will know how to ask the questions I have, and also to read the fine print. But to compensate for the two, the rooms were exceptional and spacious. I was so happy to see 2 or 3 very friendly and courteous security guards out front after dark. The front desk staff were polite and helpful when checking in and when I had lost my parking slip & had to request another."
