"Staff and room was lovely for a disabled lgbt person and chose this hotel as it was part of a trans theme trip to Carthage as flew to Tunis on Trans Avia . My inbound flight was 3 hours late with Tunis air and this hotel let me check in after midnight. Lovely room, great hotel in the middle of everything and a great breakfast served next door in the cafe . Friendly staff who could not do enough as an lgbt person with invisible disabilities "

"A great hotel matching its description, staff are excellent. Special thanks to Miriam for breakfast area, and Oumaima at reception and the daytime reception lady as well ( sorry I don’t know your name). Room was well heated and they turned heating down for me remotely for my comfort. Rooftop bar on the 6th floor had live music on Friday and their food was good, try their Mixed Grill for 58 Dinars (£16) . There’s a bar on the 1st floor (I didn’t try it) and the music was loud but I slept fine on...
