"Accoglienza dal gestore che si presenta malcurato e sporco. Alla reception si trova un divano totalmente graffiato da animali e l’ambiente è maleodorante. Camera sporca, in un ambiente rumoroso. Le stanze non sono affatto insonorizzate ed un telefono della reception che squillava continuamente sembrava essere in camera. Non c’è la possibilità di far colazione, non esiste una cucina, personale inesistente. Passata una notte su quattro e poi fuggito. Perdo i soldi ma non sono mai stato in un posto...

"My wife and I had a great stay at Capuleti apartments. Iulia and Isabella were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and there is daily cleaning. The location is excellent. A window shade makes the room very dark. The bed was very comfortable (despite what another reviewer wrote). The rooms are in the 3rd floor and there is a small elevator.
