EVERYTHING WAS GOOD, JUST THEY TURN THE AC OFF AT 10:00 am WE WOULD LIKE TO SLEEP LATE BUT WE CANNOT BECAUSE OF THAT.. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND NICE, THE SWIMMING POOL VERY CLEAN. AFFORDABLE PRICE

Perfectly acceptable budget stay

Least expensive room I could find in Zihuatanejo for one night. It was very basic but quite clean and comfortable. AC worked. About a 10 minute walk to downtown or the waterfront, and I felt safe enough walking around the area as a solo woman. Has a small pool which is kind of enclosed in the same area as the parking lot, so no views, but it seemed clean (I didn’t use it.) Balcony off of my room had a street view. Perfectly acceptable budget stay.

Our flight home was canceled. Rather than pay an expensive night back at the resort we stayed here. 5 of us. 3 adult's 2 children. Expedia asked when booking age of children. 13 snd 10. Not sure if Expedia charged extra for that or not. But the hotel did upon arrival. I stated that Expedia didn't disclose extra charges for the age. But apparently the owner was on the phone w the desk clerk watching us on camera as we were checking in. No big deal. $300 some.. pesos extra. Was annoying but no big deal. We got a room w 3 full beds, 5 clean towel you get at checkin, patking on the lot, tiny pool on premises. But for $52 bucks its steal. Clean room. Only provide bar soap. ROKU TV so you can log in on your apps. I hate "satelite tv" that we had at other spot. Can't see anything good. But loved their roku here. Could eatery and convenience store with in a block. And a weird arcade across the street looked like fun. Only thing missing in our room was a fridge. If you want to come to zihuatanejo and save money. I would stay here again

DO NOT STAY HERE. rude staff, the rooms have absolutely nothing inside them, not even a chair. They let kids scream in the pool well post 10 pm At 8am the manager was pounding on my door and I thought there was an emergency. She accused me of bringing a girl into my room and told me it wasn't permitted. I didn't have anyone in my room, and even if I did, why is it anyone's business and how can a hotel policy tell me I'm not allowed to have a guest in my room? Also, I had an interview and asked to use a chair from downstairs, they told me no. I had to argue with the manager to let her let me use it for 30 minutes while NOBODY was at the pool. Horrible service, horrible staff. This place should not be in business.

No se hospeden ahí. nosotros tuvimos una muy mala experiencia, solo ocupariamos la habitación para dormir pues estabamos de paso, llegamos a la 9 pm pensando en descansar y gran sorpresa, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, fuimos a la "recepción"pedimos que nos ayudarán con la situación a lo que nos dijeron que esperaramos que luego enfriaba y nadaaa, pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación y nos dijeron que no había, mentira porque si tenían, les pedi la devolución del dinero, nada, por indicaciones de la dueña no habia nada que hacer. No procuran al cliente, muy mala experiencia, cuidado si les toca la habitación 18, el aire acondicionado NO SIRVE, en otras opiniones del sitio también lo mencionan así qué quiere decir que no les interesa dar un buen servicio. Además el wifi esta pésimo, las sábanas manchadas. Solo se rescata el personal que esta encargado, son atentos pero no tienen la posibilidad de resolver este tipo de situaciones. Les dejo imágenes del aire acondicionado con el mensaje de error y la foto de la habitación vacia desde la noche y hasta la mañana siguiente cuando nos decidimos ir porque no pudimos descansar.
