Habitación comoda, clima funcional, alberca limpia y el servicio amable, lo único que no decía o no vi en la descripción es que está en un camino de terraseria y que está un poco difícil el acceso para llegar al hotel

Buscaba una opción alejada en donde pudiera descansar y sin ruido, no fue así porque están construyendo el tercer piso y desde las 7 empiezan a martillar. Pedí habitación sin escaleras porque me operaron una rodilla y no hubo poder humano de convencerlos para estar en pb, el colchón más duro e incómodo, me salieron ronchas, no hay absolutamente nada, ni tiendas ni nada, hay que bajar por terracería porque ni los taxis quieren subir. Honestamente NO lo recomiendo si van a descansar y disfrutar, incluso Expedía NO resuelve y según te dan bonos fantasma, me mandaron a finanzas para un reembolso de un día porque obvio no me quedé la estancia completa aquí y querían que yo les transfiriera para que me reembolsaran, lo cual es fraude. Tengan cuidado. Nosotros la pasamos terrible!!
