The rooms were clean and spacious and the kids loved the tub! The addition of a filtering dispenser was a nice touch of convenience for all of us. The western style dishes served at breakfast were not to our taste, though the asian style dishes were delicious. We recognize that tastes are subjective however.

Reasonable price, but satisfied.

Most priorities to selecting the hotel to me is including a gym (additionally, swimming pool too.) or not. It has both of them. (But multiple chest fly, pull up machine have to be repaired.) Even though overall facilities are little old, but I satisfied for all. Especially the displayed car at the lobby was sooo cool. And there is huge park just in front of the hotel! Good memory.

This hotel is excellent. AC works very well. Hotel is super clean. Very quiet. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Family oriented. Staff is very helpful and nice. Laundry room with washer and drier coin operated, needs 5x10 NT each. Breakfast with large selection and very tasty. Was here 3 weeks in July 2024, have not seen one bug. Convenience stores are close, PX, FamilyMart, two 7-Eleven. 15 mins walk to Zhunan train station. 12 Km to Miaoli HSR rail. Next to a beautiful park with track, basketball courts and tennis courts. Highly recommend.

poor parking garage

The parking garage is full but the sign at the entrance still shows 5 available spots. There are also no rooms for turning around, every car needs to back up all the way to the outlet. This caused the damage to my rear bumper.

Well aware of the environment concerns that some of the hotel not supplies for toothbrushes / toothpaste or any plastics tools. But it should be supplies upon requests once connected to the front desk. However, this hotel push room guests to raise a request via QR code and explained over the phone on the “procedures”. It’s funny that the QR codes places in different place in the room instead of right at the notification. Wi-Fi passwords also “hidden” in the box file divider. Since I also made couple of calls to check those thing. Why not simply provide service directly but push the guest to follow so called “QR code” process to any requests instead of call? All room info should be simple, direct and easy to get those info at the eye catching place. We have no time to play hide and seek after a long drive and tired!!!!

CP值高、停車場車位不足

很適合家庭出遊首選 價格親民 不馬虎 且地理位置很好 距離尚順育樂中心、龍鳳漁港、 竹南夜市、啤酒工廠、四方牧場等都很近 車程大約10分鐘左右 且飯店面向公園 過個馬路就到了 附近走路5分鐘內也有藏壽司、大都會KTV 機能算是不錯了 飯店停車場位子非常少、且周邊配合停車場， 住房人多時，都會沒有車位。 有小孩的家庭， 車子不能停在飯店停車場是個問題。 我們Check in 時和飯店櫃檯反應後，櫃檯人員願意處理，亦很有誠意地盡力保留車位給房客（我們是晚間9點多接到櫃檯電話，告知飯店內有車位，詢問是否要不要移車進入飯店停車場。） 飯店裡有游泳池、室內遊戲室 很不錯。

不太美好的住宿體驗

房間採光不好，昏暗的有如進入茶室；書桌燈只提供一個昏暗的小燈泡，由於書桌椅是固定的，一坐下去膝蓋就撞到看不到的鐵板，破皮瘀青疼痛不已。過去對入住此酒店的美好印象這次徹底幻滅。 最亮的地方是浴室，是此次唯一可接受的地方 沒有亮點

整體是不錯，但是這個價格在苗栗普遍來說算貴，所以預期房內設施會走輕奢風，但實際室內裝修偏老舊，值得一提，浴室的部分裝潢很不錯

05/31當天打電話詢問是否可以提早入住 原定是16:00 電話服務人員告知 14:00可以入館內使用設施 最快15:00可以進房 15:00到了卻告知不能提早 還是要等到16:00 告知前台服務人員我們有事前打電話詢問 竟然被回覆…不可能…我們不會跟客人這樣說… 超傻眼…難道是我和我朋友聽錯嗎？ 而且我們還在三確認過才提早過來 最後，還在大廳打開行李箱…在大廳幫小孩換泳裝！ 下樓後泳池的水非常冷非常低溫！ 現場也沒有救生員 後來16:00領房卡進房間 房間內廁所止水條都是發霉 感受非常不好 下次絕對不會再入住了
