"I should just have known to go right down Ritterstrasse, then it wouldn't even be necessary to ask at the reception. The underground parking lot is with charging for EV's (would have been nice to know). Check-in was fast despite landing on top of what seemed to be a Chinese youth orchestra. Really nice rooms with excellent beds and pillows (for my taste). Yes, there are trams outside, but barely noticeable, we all slept wonderfully. The kids missed pancakes at breakfast, but there was applause...

"This was reasonable for the price, and comfortable. The room is small but very efficient, and fine for one person. I appreciate the kitchen area. Check in online was a mess due to the poor design of the app, but checking in at the site was not a problem. The tablet in the room didn't work, so I'm not really sure what it was for. I would stay here again."

"Die Wohnung war groß, hell und sauber, jedoch nicht sehr gemütlich. Es machte den Eindruck, als wäre die Renovierung noch nicht abgeschlossen und die Bilder die auf Expedia (auch hier) dargestellt wurden waren ganz andere als die der Wohnung. Als wir das verstanden hatten war es total ok, wie gesagt, sauber, zentral und genug Platz. Dennoch hatten wir uns eigentlich eine andere Wohnung vorgestellt. Alles in allem würden wir aber wieder kommen. "

"Our double room was fantastic, with its own mini kitchen, a great bathroom, a sofa in front of the bed in case you wanted to watch TV, a fridge and lots of space. There was very little noise outside and we slept really well. Quite honestly, it was the best hotel room I've ever stayed in.
