My top choice of hotel in Leipzig

I stayed here a year ago and liked it so much that I returned again. The hotel is attractively designed. Reasonably priced, yet beautiful attention to detail. The staff were also very friendly. Perfectly situated for me (I was interrailing and the hotel is directly opposite the station). I’ll be back next year too!

Beautiful, comfortable hotel

The hotel is beautiful, a stunning updated Art Deco gem. The room was plush and quiet and the breakfast downstairs in the train like restaurant was great. Most of all, the location was perfect for strolling the old city. We loved it!

Exceeded our expectations

A very smart hotel in a great location for Leipzig city centre and the station. Room well furnished, spacious, clean and quiet (it looked out on an inner courtyard rather than onto the road outside.) Interesting "open plan" bathroom.... No tea or coffee facilities in room (which we knew in advance, no problem) but bottled water provided. Only slight glitch was the shower door which did not close properly, meaning water on the floor.

Leipzig Visit

Overall an okay stay. Location is good, across from the train station and close to many attractions and old town center. Room had no ventilation at night so you need to open the window but noisy and humidity from the rain. Bathroom had an odd plan where the shower and tub is directly viewed from the front door.

Great hotel in perfect location

The hotel was in a great location. Across the train station but a very quiet. The service was great. We arrived at 11AM and received our room immediately. The reception team was efficient and welcoming.

We loved this place! After travelling for three weeks, this was the best hotel we experienced. Plumbing was perfect, bed was great, decor was very tasteful and the location perfect: really close to the main train station but also easy to walk to all the highlights of Leipzig. I rarely write glowing reviews but this time, I am happy to do so. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel!

Fantastic hotel. Ideally located directly opposite the railway station. Key sites in the Altstadt all within easy walking distance. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Bar with terrace seating and a good range and quality of food for breakfast. My room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with bathrobes and Illy coffee maker and supplies. Love this hotel; firstly great location 2 minutes walk from the train station and central for everything. Has a less corporate feel and great restaurant. Came with my son, who has stayed here before and his mate. All worked like a charm. Many thanks and next time in Leipzig will re-visit.

Perfect hotel

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It was very good value, was decorated throughout in a beautiful Art Deco style and couldn’t be better situated for me, being literally across the road from the Hauptbahnhof (Leipzig was a stop on my interrail trip). The staff were very friendly, and I told one that my only disappointment was that I hadn’t stayed for longer. There’s so much more I want to see in the city and, when I come back, I will definitely stay here again.

Very nice staff: I called the reception in the middle of the night for I was very sick and needed extra pillows for my back and the concierge brought them in 2 minutes. The last day I asked to keep my luggage and they did without asking when I'd come back to pick It. The cleaning ladies are very kind and if you ask to let you sleep and change towels only and take out the trash they make no questions about It. Your privacy Is taken into consideration in this hotel. Unfortunately I was a bit sad for they didn't have a ready package of services in the spa (massage, face/body scrubs, etc) for their clients and I had to look for It in town. Apart from this everything was perfect. Very silent and large room with air con, big bath tub and a safe. The hotel Is right in front of the station and in the middle of everything but watch out for fake beggars and thieves near the station...not really safe at night for a woman to be by herself. I dearly recommend this hotel.
