"There was nothing to like it was dirty windows was broken stained carpets had to ask for towels no in the room the quilt cover had stains on and the lift did not work tried other hotels but most was full"

"Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. Although I had trouble opening the shutters, I had a little help from the nice young lady who was cleaning next door. Kitchen has all you need cutlery wise. Tea coffee sugar. Parking easy don't be daunted by the steep climb."
