"We had such an amazing time. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were the kindest and most helpful people. They gave us great recommendations of places to go, best ways to get there, and organized everything for us. We didn’t have to worry about anything. They made us feel like we were the only people in the hotel. This is a must-stay place when visiting Milos. We will definitely be back."

"This property is above my expectations! Only 7 mins walk from the ferry port which is a plus, and very central, bus station, restaurants just few minutes walk.
Receptionist very friendly and helpful, clean room, bed super comfortable and best of all there is shutters and makes it dark in the morning which is a plus!
Breakfast spread is excellent, kitchen staff very efficient in refilling food etc.
The only minor thing is the shower area a little small, other than that very happy with this...

"Our stay at Horizon Suites was wonderful. The customer service is second to none. Concierge is readily available to assists you with any needs. The viewpoint from the balcony is stunning. The proximity to some of the best beaches is super convenient. Highly recommend the walk down to Sirocco for dinner!
My only feedback would be a cover on the hot tub to allow it to heat (we attended in late September) otherwise 100% will return again. Possibly annually"

"Unfortunately the room we received did not live to our expectation especially when comparing it to the listing's pictures. The staff was very friendly, communicative and ready to assist with our requests and issues however these issued left a dent in our stay. The room did not feel very clean during checkin and bathroom seen better days. There were issues with a flickering light, walls were very thin and we heard other people in other rooms flushing toilets etc., and showerhead water temparature...

"Room was clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location as was away from main hustle and bustle of the port. Negatives were that the shower was very compact and had a faulty button for ensuring the water came out the ceiling faucet. The doors only opened so far and you had to slide yourself in very claustrophobic! Fat or tall people would not fit in the cubicle!"
