restaurant had good food and convenience to the lift was nice - road up to property was bumpy and difficulty to drive to get to hotel with the crowds of people

The room was a nice size to accommodate our family of five. It wasn’t really dirty, but we did find a couple of cigarette butts under things. The biggest problem was that the hotel and restaurant staff were done super early. So, we didn’t have any dinner options after 6pm. There was nothing within reasonable walking distance and we couldn’t remove our car from the parking lot without an employee to let us back into the locked parking lot.

Excellent location in Kuznice. Only couple of minutes from Kasprowy Wierch cable line. We were able to register in the morning and to my surprise informed we could check into the room at 1 pm. The room was very specious, clean, warm, cosy, plenty of closet room. The bed was very comfortable. On site restaurant with delicious traditional food. Breakfast was delicious ( great choice of food) and included in the hotel price. Excellent white coffee. I highly recommend the place. Definitely will stay again.

Fantastisk placering lige ved banen. Dog ærgerligt at der først er morgenmad fra 7:30, når man gerne vil ud at vandre tidligt. Parkering lige ved hotellet er en kæmpe fordel.

Excellent place in front of the main trailheads in Tatry. For me the main benefit was you can head out very early morning, before the crowds. Super friendly staff, pretty good food - although you can choose from a few alternative places around if you are bored - it's open till 6pm. Breakfast was great, and the room was too. Zakopane is easy to reach either by bus - you just need 4PLN cash for a ride, or a medium walk - 2-3km. From there you can reach transfer to other trailheads if preferred. The aqua park pass they provide is great for recovery days. There is a supermarket in Kuznice too but be careful as it closes at 5pm. There is a lot of shops in Zakopane, obviously though.

Hotel is nice breakfast was good but noise from outside parking is horible from 5 in the morning busses with people arrived and no chance for sleep aquapark is a benefit to stay

Wspaniały hotel znajdujący się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji w której wszędzie blisko( mam na myśli szlaki, kolejka na Kasprowy i td. ). Okolica przepiękna, spokojna. Pokoje czyste, śniadania przepyszne. Polecam gorąco.

Plan był taki ,rezerwujemy ten hotel bo jest najbliżej wielu szlaków wiodących w góry wysokie ,nie do końca się to sprawdziło bo trzeba z tych szlaków dosłownie zbiegać żeby zdążyć przed zamknięciem restauracji czynnej do 18tej op tej godzinie nie dostaniemy żadnego posiłku w ofercie Hotelu podane jest że jest sklep społem oddalony o 20m ok. można coś kupić i zjeść niestety tak nie jest najbliższy sklep jest 2000m od Holelu no i LIPA trzeba zamawiać TAXI i jechać do miasta ,bez sensu bo przecież na dole Hotelu jest restauracja (zamknięta) .
