should have stayed elswhere in Zakopane - very bad

They never reply to phone calls. - I got the apartment keyes - just by chance when saw neighbors talking to the managers - lost 40 min while family stayed in the car. the apartment was dusty (lamps - spider web, heating facility in bath), wifi was not available in our apartment (only downstairs @ another building), promised parking was occupied during one night - had to park elsewhere and risking with a ticket - the total was very bad. the only good point is the view. will never be back - goodbye.

Jakiś dziwny klimat od początku do końca. Sam lokal OK, widok OK, lokalizacja troszkę dalej od centrum, ale tego byłem świadomy. Meldunek bezobsługowy. Niestety, najpierw próba wyciągnięcia 300 zł za trzecią osobę mimo, że apartament był na 4 osoby, gdzie w ofercie cena była niezmienna bez względu czy wybierze się 2 osoby czy 2 + dziecko i bez względu na to czy to czerwiec czy lipiec o czym informowałem kilkukrotnie, pokazując screen ze strony. Zakładam, że dla drugiej strony to było raczej jasne, ja zorientowałem się po błędnie zrobionej rezerwacji, bo wcześniej sprawdzałem dla 3, a finalnie poszło dla 2 osób, błąd mój lub strony, co nie zmienia faktu, że łatwo to sprawdzić?! Duży minus to, że drzwi nie mają wewnętrznego zamka, co przy jednym komplecie kluczy uniemożliwia wyjście i pozostawienie starszego dziecka w domu, bez umożliwienia mu wyjścia w razie niebezpieczeństwa z pokoju, chyba, że ktoś zostawi otwarte drzwi do pokoju. Na koniec próba obejścia płatności kartą przez portal i prośba o płatność gotówką (zapewne zawyżoną j/w). Widzę, że nie byłem pierwszy, unikanie podatków? Dziwne i niepotrzebne kombinacje, które zepsuły ciałkiem dobry całokształt. Do tego przez dwa ostatnie dni nie działało wifi, a Pan "złota rączka" raczej rzadko zagląda do pokoi, bo sporo drobnych rzeczy wymagało naprawienia lub wymiany.

Bardzo przyjemny apartament spełnił nasze oczekiwania, spacerkiem z obiektu niedaleko do centrum. Satysfakcja z pobytu 100% zadowolenia.
