"Great location near the Eiffel Tower with local bakeries and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. It was also about a 12 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Check in/out process was smooth. Room was clean and adequate (only negative thing was that the flooring was carpet). We had a partial view of the Eiffel Tower on our tiny balcony."

"About 7 min walk to nearest subway station, nice neighborhood. Clean modern rooms. Plush, new-looking towels and bedding. Very friendly staff. When we arrived at our room, the AC was set to be very cold and the central heat was turned off for the season despite still being cold outside. They tried to turn our radiator on and when that didn’t work, they brought in a small portable radiator for the night for us to be comfortable. "

"I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my recent experience at this hotel left me with no choice — others deserve to be warned before making the same mistake. From the moment we arrived, the staff made it abundantly clear that guests were more of an inconvenience than a priority. Check-in was handled with cold indifference, with no greeting, no assistance with luggage, and no effort whatsoever to make us feel welcome. When we asked questions, the responses were dismissive and at times outright rude. To make matters worse, when we requested to speak with the manager, we were told she was unavailable and could only meet us the following day. When I returned the next day, I discovered that the manager had actually been present the entire time and simply chose not to meet us. The dishonesty was shocking and deeply disrespectful. I then escalated the matter by emailing higher management, hoping for at least some acknowledgement or accountability — but the response I received was just as appalling. No empathy, no resolution, just another disappointing reply that reflected exactly the same attitude as the rest of the staff. This is without doubt the worst service I have ever encountered in the hotel industry. Never stay here."

"We had a room on the 5th floor with the Eiffel Tower as our view. The view was spectacular and memorable. In the evening my husband and I danced on the balcony to La Vie en Rose as we watched the Eiffel Tower light up and sparkle. The hotel itself was divine. Make sure to visit the spa and get ready to relax. I loved that we are able to schedule an appointment in the spa so that the dry sauna and steam sauna are available by appointment basis allowing for privacy. The staff were all incredible and treated us like VIP guests. The rooms are clean and quaint but not any closet or drawer space but that did not bother us at all because we wanted to spend every minute seeing the remarkable, beautiful sights in Paris. I literally cried when leaving, my heart just wasnt ready to leave"
