"I feel that the distance and amount of stairs it takes to get to the pool is ridiculous. Any one of a certain age or disability cannot use this facility, which was the reason we booked this hotel. I stayed 6 days/5 nights and never saw housekeeping once, emptied my own trash every day. The breakfast was wonderful so kudos to them on that. Front desk staff was helpful and kind. They need to put something on the bottom of the chairs in the dinning room to mute the horrible sound the chairs make when they are moved around, makes eating really distracting and noisy."

"We had a great stay. Our room had a daybed that was perfect for our daughter. Staff were really nice. This is an older hotel that has been redone but needs a little more work. I only mention this because the exterior looks tired but our room was super comfortable. The pool was really nice too, but has some missing tiles and small issues like that. Breakfast was definitely above average and they have real cream for coffee (not just Coffeemate)."

"The room was a great size and the bed was comfortable, but the sofa was very worn. The bathroom was clean, but the carpet throughout the room hadn't been vacuumed from the previous guest it had food crumbs and other things on it. The front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was above average for a hotel and the staff attending to breakfast was friendly. I would stay again."

"The front office lady ( I think Helen) was really excellent and friendly. I was traveling with my family and the pet dog. As it took sometime for them to get the dog friendly room ready she completely waved the pet fee and also made sure we are comfortable during our stay. Complimentary breakfast was also very good."
