櫃檯妹妹服務熱心很親切，入住前看前人經驗本來對清潔度很擔心，實際入住後覺得房間雖有些老舊但是清潔度沒太大問題，倒是房間聽得到機器運轉的聲音蠻大聲，時有時無比較困擾，對聲音比較敏感的人要考慮一下。房間面湖風景無敵超級美！

服務再加強

房間放了二瓶 Evian1000cc的礦泉水，應該是想營造這間民宿的質感，但是民宿公共區域的清潔應該要加強，地毯比較老舊是其次，但是不乾淨才是重點。我們下午回來，看到清潔人員身體斜躺在lobby上滑手機，觀感不是很好。房間衛浴的金屬部分，都可以看到水痕，表示這不在清潔範圍、應該要主動詢問房客是否要清潔房間，晚上回到房間後，發現浴巾、垃圾沒清、水也沒補。 此外，工作人員的解決問題的能力應該要加強，第一天選台器有問題，工作人員試了一下，就要幫我們換房間，我建議他拿其他空房間的選台器測試，我也主動提供HDMI的線給他測試，一開始服務人員不太願意，後來才去拿一台選台器，之後問題有解決。但第二天選台器又發生一樣的問題，我們不想為難工作人員，才答應換房。但這時，服務人員要我們自己將衛浴用品(洗髮精、沐浴乳)、礦泉水，自己拿到要換的那個房間，有需要這樣的對房客計較嗎?。這樣的服務品質實在很可惜。 當然還是有好的部分，我們有東西遺漏在房間，服務人員主動通知，也幫我們安排宅急便寄回。 下次應該不會再選擇入住。 另外建議，民宿的位置剛好在三叉口附近，但是路口沒有斑馬線，對於行人來說，過馬路比較危險。

The man working was very friendly and helpful, but I only ever saw one person working and I think he was kept very busy. Two of the three times I went to reception it was unattended and I had to wait at least 5 mins for him to show up. I only booked a one night stay and had mixed feeling about this place. It’s in a great location and I had a very big room with everything I needed and a great view. However if you looked closely it was a bit rough around the edges; cracks in the ceiling, mould in the shower, lampshade hanging skew and loads of dust under the bed and on the couch and stairwell. I only mention these things because of the price I paid, which was the same as a night I paid for a 5 star hotel in central Taipei.

放鬆開心美好的住宿

房間很大，整個落地窗看出去日月潭美景盡在眼前，泡澡也有美景，床很大也好睡，還貼心了準備了開酒器和紅酒杯，早餐豐盛好吃，唯一覺得電視有突出部分容易撞到，可以改進。

直接就在湖邊第一排，景觀美到不想出門⋯服務很貼心，還幫忙把行李箱抬到樓上，唯一比較可惜的是要去停附近的聯通停車場，雖然免費，但是距離旅館要走一下。停車的安全也是比較擔心的，畢竟是外面露天大停車場⋯總體而言還是非常推薦！
