"⭐☆☆☆☆ – I felt completely let down and honestly upset I don’t usually write reviews like this, but this experience was so bad I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment I arrived, something felt wrong. The entire property looked abandoned and under construction. Broken doors, outdoor sinks and bathtubs, and not a single sign that this was a safe or properly functioning hotel. It honestly felt like a place that should have been shut down, not one accepting paying guests. The pool was heartbreaking to see—drained to about a quarter full with algae growing in it. That alone told me everything I needed to know about how this place is being managed. Then came the staff experience. Instead of trying to help, they were rude and dismissive. They insisted on putting me in a smoking room even after I clearly said I didn’t want one. At that point, I knew I couldn’t stay there. I made the difficult decision to walk away and cancel my booking on the spot. No traveler should have to choose between losing money and staying somewhere that feels unsafe. What made it even worse was the lack of support when I tried to resolve it. I expected understanding, but instead I felt pressured to just go back and stay there.
