"This was my favorite accommodation in Japan. It was very cozy and made me feel home. We had the Sennari room. There were 4 beds in two rooms but we only used two. "First of all, heavy smokers sit at the entrance to the hotel and this fills the lobby and elevators with smoke. The service at the bar is terrible and very unkind. There are no toiletries in the room at all. The shower is great and the bed is excellent. But the smoking and the staff spoiled the score."
