"The room we stayed in wasn’t nice at all. The bathroom smelt like drains, the shower kept going cold, the sealant was missing and mouldy, there was a big rumbling noise every time you turned a tap on or flushed the toilet. The rest of the room was a mess the carpet had big brown stains everywhere ..."

"Nice hotel with lots of atmosphere. Room was OK, the view onto the railway station wasn’t the best. I’m sure we could of upgraded but couldn’t be bothered. Food was good, staff very friendly. All in all a good experience and I would certainly recommend. York is a great place to visit also."
