"Our family’s experience was somewhat unpleasant on the beginning of our check-in. The room they originally assigned us had a moldy smell the moment we opened the door. Unlike a typical hotel where the room’s aircon is centralized and left on before the guest check-in. Guam Plaza Resort uses a split type aircon that would only be turned on upon the guest’s entrance in the room. "ホテル前エリアと一部のプールが工事中で リゾート感は感じられませんでした。 地下1階のアクティビティルームも工事の倉庫になっていて残念でした。 運営が星野リゾートに変わりましたが、 名前が変わっただけどいう感じです。 日本の星野リゾートとクオリティーが同質だと思うとギャップを感じるのでご注意してください。 グアムのノーマルな普通のホテルです。 客室1.0サービス1.0地図1.0 ホテルのおすすめポイントお子様連れ向き 客室穴の空いたタオルを使用されているので 評価は低いです。 エアコンがかなり古いので 喉が痛くなり喉が痛く日本に帰国してから病気で通院しました。 バスタブのお湯が排水できなく 自分で掃除して処理したので最悪でした。 近くのアクティビティホテル隣接のウォーターパークがあり、 子供連れには向いています。 歩きやすさ工事中で不便でした。 フード、ドリンクレストランは他のお客さんの評判が良くなかったので利用しませんでした。"

"コロナ前に泊まって良かったので今回もここのホテルにした。 しかし、今回はとてもひどい滞在になった。 まず部屋がとてもカビ臭い。 入った瞬間から不愉快で滞在期間中この匂いを嗅ぐと思うと辛い。 臭い以外は比較的に良好である。 トイレはウォシュレット付き アメニティはシャンプーコンディショナー　ボディソープ　乳液　ハンドソープ　歯ブラシ　ドライヤー　予備のトイレットペーパーも多数あった。 正面のエントランスからロビーに上がるエスカレーターが使用停止中でスーツケースを持ったままだと大変。 駐車場側エレベーターが稼働しており迂回できるがとても不便である。 ロケーションはタモンのメインの場所からは徒歩で15分〜20分程かかる。 暑い中歩くのはしんどいのでシャトルバスやレンタカーを上手く活用したい。"

"バスタブが初日全く掃除して無かった。蛇口から水が出なかったから掃除が出来なかったのか。自分で洗って腰が痛くなりました。しかし2日目からは改善していた。部屋は広く眺望も良い。テレビはNetflixは未導入。衛星放送でNHKの番組は視聴可能。 フロントスタッフは丁寧な接客でした。タクシーも呼んでくださいます。 夕方から使えた特別フロアでのおもてなしのお料理やドリンクは中々美味しかったです。 "

"The spaciousness of the room as well as its cleanliness. Being it’s a golf resort and the clubhouse was in a separate building, there was little to no foot traffic and minimal noise. Staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. The pool was not operational which attributed to the 4-star rating. "

"The room was clean and quiet, the flooring beautiful, the view gorgeous, the beds comfy and luxurious. The AC and TV worked just fine and the staff were friendly. It's also an easy walk to the beach and coffee shop. I would've given the hotel 5 stars, except their boiler was out and there was no hot water. I was informed of this when I checked in, but it was late and I didn't have a backup hotel plan. Fortunately, the water was lukewarm, not cold. "
